There are many solutions out there that will allow anyone to create their very one website. I actually started my web development career utilizing free services such as Geocities. Geocities provided a service which allows anybody to create a web site while utilizing an easy to use interface and pre-designed templates. Geocities is no longer free, but there are other websites that provide the same service. Here are just a few, as I am sure there are a lot more if you just search google for “free website”
These providers allow you to get started in the web design business and may be useful to you as you create your first website.
There are also a lot of web hosts out there that allow quickly get get your site and/or online store off the ground by providing you these same sort of tools.
